NewsThe grandiose Dubai Reef Project will now finally begin construction following an agreement between the city's environmental program and top Korean reef developer HaejooX.
Plans call for the deployment over a three-year period of 20,000 specially designed reef modules throughout Dubai's waterways, serving as a haven and protection for young marine life.
November of this year is when the first 1,000 of them are anticipated to be deployed.
Dubai Reef is a part of the city's initiatives to promote sustainable fishing, raise food security, and improve fish supplies. It ought to contribute to both raising marine biodiversity and lowering carbon emissions.
