NewsA smart home security system that was introduced in Dubai can identify odd movements within homes. According to a statement made by the Dubai Police during Gitex Global, they collaborated with e& UAE to introduce the technology, which will improve the security of residences.
Advanced motion detectors are able to distinguish between routine activity and possible threats, according to information provided on the Dubai Police website. Sensors for windows and doors are "subtly installed" at entrance locations to identify any unauthorized openings and promptly send an alert to a 24-hour monitoring center. Customers can control all linked devices using a touchscreen hub, which serves as the security system's primary control unit.
The technology combines surveillance cameras with "state-of-the-art" IoT sensors to identify anomalous activities. Security centers run by e& UAE keep an eye on these devices around-the-clock, guaranteeing a prompt reaction to any questionable activities. Additionally, the device can be immediately connected to a specialized operating room, allowing for quick verification of any anomalies found.
Customers can opt to link the system to a specialized operating room or operate it themselves, and they will receive warnings through a mobile app when any movement is detected, according to a statement from the police.
e& UAE will manage the system as the technology supplier, taking care of everything from customer registration to installation, upkeep, and technical support. In the event that clients choose to link the system to the specialized operations room, the Dubai Police will guarantee integration.
