Dubai Municipality has opened registrations for the Future Talents scholarship programme

NewsThe Dubai Municipality has started applications for the Future Talents scholarship programme, which seeks to welcome and guide UAE national university students studying various scientific subjects that are in high demand in the employment market. The project is part of Dubai Municipality's efforts to create attractive possibilities for university students, encourage the development of their skills and competencies, and support Dubai's Emiratisation strategy. The disciplines highlighted in the curriculum will assist raise employment levels in the municipality's employment domains, therefore enhancing its workforce sustainability.
The Future Talents scholarship programme is open to students from a wide range of scientific disciplines, including civil and architectural engineering, agricultural engineering and sciences, public health, environmental sciences, sustainability and environmental health, food security, and information systems with a focus on data science and business solutions, as well as information technology with a focus on application development, networking, and cloud computing.
To be eligible for the programme, all candidates must be UAE nationals enrolled in their third or fourth academic year in one of the specified majors. Applicants must also have a cumulative GPA of at least 3 and be seeking no more than one scholarship at the same time, with male students having completed their national service. The project pledges to aid talented Emirati students in their future endeavours, creating the basis for their long-term success.
