Dubai launches Ignyte, aimed at supporting over 100,000 start-ups and entrepreneurs globally

Ignyte is a state-of-the-art digital platform that Dubai has introduced intending to assist more than 100,000 start-ups and entrepreneurs worldwide. The platform is a major project within the Dubai Digital Economy Strategy, which was announced by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Higher Committee for Future Technology and Digital Economy. 

Ignyte, curated by the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), gives entrepreneurs access to a worldwide network of mentors, investors, and business and governmental partners, providing them with a whole ecosystem for expansion. It is anticipated that the platform would save start-ups more than $100 million by drawing in 5,000 venture capitalists, 5,000 mentors, 500 corporate partners, and 5,000 special benefits.

Ignyte is poised to transform the entrepreneurial environment by helping start-ups on their path from development to international expansion, with an emphasis on growth and cooperation.
