Dubai Health Authority will introduce the Elite Programme; aims to provide citizens with training opportunities at the DHA

The Elite Programme, a brand-new, creative technique to entice residents to accept positions in the DHA's numerous sectors and specialisations, will be launched by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). The novel approach intends to provide residents training possibilities at the DHA through specialist and advanced programmes to enhance their talents and skills in the areas of science, personal development, and professional development. For a year, the training will provide students the ability to develop knowledge and eventually assume more roles, responsibilities, and tasks.  Those who demonstrate their ability, according to their development, during the training time will be appointed.

According to Ahmed Al Nuaimi, CEO of Joint Corporate Support Services at the DHA, the agency wants to boost the rate of emiratization and recruit more domestic talent for specialist positions. He continued by saying that this innovative programme intends to foster a climate of competition among residents to fill positions. Al Nuaimi emphasised that the Elite Programme offers a range of incentives and perks. In addition to having the chance to receive monthly financial compensation, trainees will also have the chance to acquire instruction in and practical experience in the duties and obligations required by the industry.

Noura Al Midfa, Director of the Human Resources Division at the DHA, commented on the program's implementation by saying that it will soon be introduced and that Emiratis who are interested in applying may do so via the Dubai Careers website.
