Dubai has announced the issuance of Golden Visas to exceptional educators in the private education sector

Dubai has announced that outstanding private school teachers would be granted Golden Visas on the orders of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the UAE's vice president and prime minister. In honour of World Teachers' Day, the Crown Prince of Dubai, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, made the statement, emphasising the critical role that educators play in determining the future of the emirate.

This program is in line with the newly implemented Education 33 strategy, which strives to honour and elevate the achievements of motivating teachers who enhance their students' educational experiences.

Teachers from private early childhood centres, schools, and universities who have significantly improved student achievement and won the respect of the community will be given Golden Visas. This choice also complies with the guidelines of UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who instituted the Emirati Day for Education, which is observed on February 28 every year.

The program demonstrates the UAE's great regard for educators and recognises their vital role in igniting a love of learning and imparting moral principles. Additionally, it intends to draw top-notch educational talent to Dubai, supporting the larger objectives of the Education 33 plan, which is to elevate the standard of education at all levels and establish the emirate as a premier destination for excellent educators.
