NewsThe 'Highest Running Track atop a Building' is one of the new Guinness World Records titles that Dubai has attained. Situated on the 43rd floor of 1 Residences at Wasl1, Za'abeel, Wasl's Sky Track is elevated above the busy city streets, offering joggers a course that seemingly blends into the sky.
Instead of a typical gym exercise, individuals who prefer to lace up their running shoes may have a surreal experience at Sky Track, a 335-meter rooftop track located 157 metres above the earth. Unmatched views of Dubai, such as the Burj Khalifa, Zabeel Park, The Dubai Frame, Sheikh Zayed Road, historic Dubai, and the Arabian Gulf, are available to both runners and walkers.
There has been a noticeable growth in the fitness business in recent years. In particular, Dubai has arranged community activities such as the 30-day Dubai Fitness Challenge, which successfully encourages citizens to adopt healthier lives. Acknowledging this shift in society, Wasl has built the most renowned running track in the world, prioritising health and well-being in its creative development efforts.
Additionally, Wasl has received distinction from Guinness World Records twice. In 2018, they set a record for the "Largest Aerial Projection Screen" as part of the festivities honouring the "Year of Zayed." The late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the UAE's founding father, was honoured at this ceremony.
