Dubai government entities recorded an average customer happiness rate of 93 percent last year

According to the 2023 Dubai Government Customer and Employee Happiness Indices, which were released on Thursday, the average customer satisfaction rate for Dubai government organisations was 93% last year. With a customer satisfaction rating of 97.7%, the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment was the most popular establishment. The other organisations were the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (96.1%) and the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (96.7%).

The General Secretariat of The Executive Council's Dubai Government Excellence Programme (DGEP) released a study stating that until 2023, the average employee contentment rating remained at 88%. The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (94.91%) and the Endowment and Minors Trust Foundation (Awqaf Dubai) (94.51%) were the next top institutions in terms of attaining employee contentment, after the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (95.17%).
