Dubai Fitness Challenge returns; residents could commit to 30 minutes of exercise each day for 30 consecutive days

News EventThe highly anticipated Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC), which will formally begin on Saturday, October 28, and run until November 24. This year's ninth edition of the month-long celebration aims to encourage locals and guests to adopt a healthy lifestyle by resolving to exercise for 30 days straight, every day, for 30 minutes.
Over 2.4 million people participated in various fitness activities in last year's challenge, which had an amazing attendance. With over 35,000 bikers and over 226,000 runners, respectively, the Dubai Ride and Dubai Run were notable occasions. With a calendar full of free sporting events, community-led fitness programs, and legendary marquee events, the DFC hopes to expand on its success in 2019.
The Dubai Stand-Up Paddle on Saturday, November 2, the Dubai Ride on Sunday, November 10, and the Dubai Run, which will take place on Sunday, November 24 and serve as the grand finale of DFC 2024, are the highlights of this year's challenge. On Sheikh Zayed Road, participants can run and bike by some of Dubai's most well-known landmarks, providing an unforgettable experience.
