Dubai Festival City Mall, with the Zemskiy Group to unveil the largest food hall in the Middle East - Market Island

The Zemskiy Group and Dubai Festival City Mall, a division of Al Futtaim Malls, collaborate to introduce Market Island, the largest food hall in the Middle East.

In December 2023, the ground floor of the new Market Island will be open at the northern end of the mall.

The Zemskiy Group, one of Russia's biggest companies in the sector of commercial real estate for the food and beverage industry, culminated in Market Island. The Zemskiy Group presents its F&B concept in the United Arab Emirates at Dubai Festival City Mall after working on more than 150 projects in 16 locations across the globe.

The Market Island, which covers an area of 70,000 square metres, will include 53 unique gourmet ideas and a wide variety of cuisines from across the world. The food hall, the first licenced bar establishment inside a mall in the UAE, will have more than 3,500 seats and include a variety of food stations, designated restaurant areas, bars and lounges.

Along with providing tourists with a top-notch food experience, the Market Island will serve as a tourist and entertainment hotspot where guests can take in live entertainment including dazzling performances and DJ sets by local musicians. The perfect social experience is guaranteed for both visitors and locals thanks to the flawless blending of food, beverages, and entertainment.
