Emirates NBD in Dubai provides its customerswith digital stamps on their bank statements that they may utilise for several purposes. The bank will also give them hardcopy statements if a customer requests them.
A stamped bank statement is needed for several things, mostly for visa applications sent to foreign embassies in the United Arab Emirates. Having a strong bank statement increases one's chances of being granted a visa to the US, Europe, and other developed nations.
Through the bank's app, website, or contact centre, customers may apply for a paper-stamped bank statement. The requested statement will be sent to customers by courier in two days for a small additional cost.
This Dubai-based lender is the first in the UAE to provide its clients a digital stamp service.
You may use the internet to request up to six months' worth of statements. If a client needs a stamped statement for more than six months or up to three years, they can visit the closest branch before 2:00 pm and provide their passport or Emirates ID as proof of identity.
Customers will get an SMS containing the request information on their registered mobile number with the bank, and the digitally stamped statement will be given within 5 working days.
There is no need for customers to visit a physical branch because they may obtain their digitally stamped bank statements at any time and from any location. Customers won't have to stand in queue at the bank anymore, and less paper will be used, which will lessen carbon impact.
