Dubai Electricity and Water Authority has started the third batch of the 'For Her' initiative

The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Dewa) has started the third batch of the 'For Her' initiative in conjunction with Hamdan bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU), with the subject 'Future Capabilities for Inspiring Women'. The project, which seeks to develop strong female leaders who will help DEWA achieve its vision and strategic goals, complements the organization's continuing efforts to improve the capacities of its female employees. The program's third batch includes 25 female employees from diverse divisions.

The program's five key pillars, according to Fatima Al Jokar, Chairperson of Dewa's Women Committee, are strategic thinking and planning; resilience and stress management; result-based management; creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities, tools, and methods; and leadership skills. The For Her project is an extension of the 'Dewa Female Ambassadors project' and is overseen by the Dewa Women's Committee as well as the Business Support and Human Resources division.
