According to Dubai Airports, the operator of Dubai International (DXB) and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) was able to forecast their future spare part requirements with the usage of an AI-powered tool.
It made public the outcomes of its artificial intelligence and machine learning-driven Material Requirement Planning (MRP) tool on Wednesday, stating that it "transformed behind-the-scenes supply management operations."
"This innovative approach has enhanced service levels, streamlined inventory management, and boosted operational efficiency across the organisation, contributing to a superior experience for airport guests," stated Dubai Airports.
