Motorists with Apple iPhones, can save their licence in their Apple Wallet, making it easy to access on the go.
Steps to get the licence on Apple Wallet:
1. Download the RTA app and set up an account.
2. Select ‘My Docs’ on the homepage
3. Open the ‘My Licence’ tab.
4. The user can then see their licence. Below it, ‘add to Apple Wallet’ must be selected.
5. Exit the app when done and open your Apple Wallet to view the licence.
Speedy delivery was created by Dubai's Road and Transport Authority (RTA) for people who needed their driver's licence and vehicle registration cards urgently.Driving licences and vehicle registration cards may now be delivered inside Dubai in two hours and to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah the same day as part of the new service.
