If you've always wanted to dine at the famed sail-shaped hotel, Burj Al Arab, which debuted in 1999, there's a way to do it without breaking the bank. There are five restaurants and two pubs, and guests may take daily excursions to view inside. The most cost-effective way to dine at the hotel is to visit Sahn Eddar, the hotel's reception lounge. It's on the first floor and has a relaxed casual dress code, so it's ideal for coffee and cake.
There is a minimum spend of Dhs200 per person, and there is no need to go beyond this amount. You can order the Burj Al Arab gold cappuccino (it has to be done) for Dhs120 and pair it with one of the pasties from the trolley, or go for something else like a serving of umm ali or a plate of French toast with vanilla ice cream and mixed berries for Dhs80.
You can also order more if you are willing to spend more than the minimum. You may also indulge on lunch and supper alternatives, as well as mixed cocktails and beverages.
