Digital wallet PayIt to carry on cashless payment is now available for customers at the Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi

The Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi now accepts cashless payments, making transactions easier for those who don't carry cash. The Philippine mission used to provide a "cash-only" option. Customers can now make payments using an app similar to an e-wallet.

FAB, or First Abu Dhabi Bank, powers the digital wallet PayIt. The App Store and Play Store both provide it for easy download. No matter which banks they want, anyone living in the UAE who has a valid Emirates ID can open a PayIt account.

There are no extra costs or charges while using the e-wallet, and the app is free. Customers can still 'cash in' with their PayIt accounts using any of their chosen banks; they are not need to have a bank account with FAB.

The partnership between the FAB and the Philippine Embassy is a part of the year-long celebration of the 50 years that the Philippines and the UAE have had diplomatic relations.
