Residents in the United Arab Emirates may now "swap" their houses for better ones without worrying about violating their leases with the help of a new website Individuals may search for homes of their choosing and even switch homes with others before the end of their contract with SweetcHome, a website that bills itself as a customised property matchmaking service in the United Arab Emirates.

The UAE's current rules grant a tenant the ability to end a tenancy agreement by giving the landlord 60 days' notice. Still, they must pay a fine that's equal to a month or two's rent.

SweetcHome's service is available to everybody, but whether or not a changeover may occur relies on the landlords' cooperation and the capacity to work out a mutually beneficial agreement.
