Customers no longer need to bring their vehicles to the police station if it were damaged in natural disasters

Residents no longer need to bring their automobiles to the police station in order to get a "To Whom It May Concern" certificate if their vehicles were damaged in floods or other natural disasters. They can just email a picture of the wrecked car instead.

The Dubai Police app and website have long offered the certificate application; but, in order to confirm the source of damage, drivers had to take their cars to the closest police station for examination.

The application may be finished entirely online, according to a Monday announcement made by Brigadier Mansour Al Qargaoui, director of the General Department for Administrative Affairs at Dubai Police.
