Customers can use Tabby on smart RTA kiosks when paying for digital services by RTA

NewsResidents of Dubai who use the services provided by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) will be able to pay in installments starting next week.
According to Meera AlShaikh, head of digital services at Roads and Transport Authority, Dubai, the authority has partnered with the financial services and shopping app Tabby to set up the installment option for clients utilising RTA services via smart kiosks.
On smart RTA kiosks, customers will be able to select an easy Tabby installment plan when paying for digital services provided by the RTA, such as paying penalties and renewing driver's licenses or car licenses. The purpose of launching this service is to guarantee that all clients may access RTA payments.
Numerous services are available at RTA kiosks, such as paying fines, obtaining a vehicle and driver's license, issuing certificates, issuing seasonal parking cards, and more. One of the first companies in Dubai to offer its clients an installment plan is RTA. In the whole emirate, the government operates thirty smart kiosks.
