COP28; UAE President called for collective action in solving the challenges faced by our planet

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the United Arab Emirates, urged cooperation in addressing the global issues facing our planet on Wednesday as Dubai readies itself to host the COP28 conference.

Expo City Dubai WILL BE HOSTING the UN Climate Change Conference, From November 30 to December 12.

Sheikh Mohamed reaffirmed the UAE's commitment to bringing the world together behind climate action before to the meeting. The president of the United Arab Emirates wrote on X, previously Twitter, "We are honoured to welcome the international community to the UAE for the start of COP28."

"Solving the challenges facing our planet requires a shared vision and collective action, and we are determined to unite the world around climate action and ensure no one is left behind," Sheikh Mohamed stated.
