Taxi charges in Ajman will drop as of June 1st, according to a reduction made by the transport authority. Cab charges for June were cut by Ajman Transport on Friday to Dh1.84 per kilometre, a 4 fils decrease from Dh1.88 per kilometer in May.
Shortly after UAE authorities announced a 20 fils reduction in fuel prices for June, there was a tariff change. Super 98 gasoline will cost Dh3.14 per litre starting tomorrow, Special 95 will cost Dh3.02, and E-plus 91 will cost Dh2.95.
Residents can save as much as Dh14.80 each time they fill up their car this month, depending on the type of vehicle they drive.
