BAPS Hindu mandir in Abu Dhabi wins best cultural project award at MEED project awards 2024

Abu Dhabi: The BAPS Hindu Mandir in Abu Dhabi, renowned for its stunning hand-carved sculptures, has been awarded the Best Cultural Project accolade in the MENA region.

Built in accordance with the ancient Hindu architectural guidelines known as 'shilpa shastras,' the temple is a true masterpiece, showcasing over 30,000 intricately carved stone elements that celebrate India's rich cultural heritage. The temple’s architectural excellence, cultural importance, and its positive impact on society have earned it the Best Cultural Project award in both the UAE and the MENA region at the MEED Project Awards 2024.

Members of the BAPS Hindu Mandir committee, along with their partners from Capital Engineering, were present at the ceremony to receive the prestigious awards.
