British street artist Banksy’s work is to be displayed at Dubai’s Theatre of Digital Art (ToDA). His repertoire will be projected in a totally new way onto the walls of ToDA from Thurday March 16 until Thursday March 30.
The exhibition is being billed as a 360° experience where visitors will be able to see over 50 of Banksy’s works come alive across immersive space.
Titled Banksy 360° Art of the Rebel, it will take 30 minutes to explore and we expect it will be an exciting take on the anonymous graffiti artist’s work.
Banksy’s artwork is known for having striking images and slogans.
The creative, whose real name and identity remain unconfirmed, is known for his installation artwork but rose to prominence due to stencilled pieces of artwork in the 1990s.
ToDA is the first gallery of its kind in Dubai and opened in 2019 inside Souk Madinat.
The venue offers art fans in the city the opportunity to experience masterpieces from some of the world’s most renowned artists via digital shows accompanied by stunning music, visual effects and surround sound.
Tickets can be booked via the ToDA website starting from Dhs95 for adults and Dhs65 for kids.
