NewsA Dh30 billion mixed-use desert oasis community project was unveiled on Wednesday by Dubai-based real estate developer Azizi Developments. There will be 30,000 residential units at Azizi Venice in Dubai South. 100 mid-rise apartment buildings and more than 400 opulent villas and palaces will be housed in the waterfront town with a Venice-inspired design, according to the private developer.
One of the biggest lagoons of crystalline blue water on earth will serve as its sole setting. A temperature-controlled pedestrian-friendly promenade and Dubai's second opera will also be included in the 15 million square foot development. In order to maintain a comfortable environment with year-round activity, the boulevard will be open air in the winter and covered in glass in the summer.
To provide tens of thousands of daily tourists with convenient access to Azizi Boulevard and Azizi Opera, underground parking spaces will be built. According to Mirwais Azizi, the community would house about 80,000 people and draw 30,000 tourists each day, the founder and chairman of Azizi Developments. All of the condominium structures, villas, and mansions in the Azizi Venice neighbourhood will be surrounded by beaches in addition to a sizable amount of recreational, retail, and commercial space. The 8 km long cycling and jogging track, yoga and sports facilities, and a promenade with a choice of artisan cafes and retailers will all surround the turquoise, desalinated, and filtered waters. Along with one boutique hotel situated on an island in the midst of the lagoon, it will also have two five-star hotels that are owned and managed by Azizi near the community's gates.
