Address Fountain Views, situated in the Downtown area on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, was rebranded Address Dubai Mall by Emaar Hospitality on Monday. This follows the announcement last month by Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) that it had acquired The Address Dubai Mall and rebranded it as Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai.
The newly constructed Address Dubai Mall is immediately connected via an air-conditioned corridor, to Chinatown Dubai Mall, one of the biggest shopping and entertainment complexes in the world, and Dubai Mall. Among its many facilities are an infinity pool, six restaurants, and 783 condos spread among 193 rooms.
Additionally, ADNH changed the name of Vida Downtown Dubai to Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection; Address Boulevard to Kempinski The Boulevard; The Address Dubai Marina to JW Marriott Hotel Marina; and Manzil Downtown Dubai to The Heritage Hotel, Autograph Collection.
