Abu Dhabi residents will face a temporary suspension of access to electricity and water bill payment services through Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC). The utilities provider announced a planned maintenance window for its website and call center, beginning from 8 PM on Friday, December 13, and ending at 8 PM on Saturday, December 14.
Service interruptions will not affect water and electricity supply, which will remain fully operational. For emergency assistance during this period, residents can contact 991 for electricity-related issues and 992 for water-related concerns. ADDC emphasized that the scheduled maintenance aims to enhance service quality.
