Abudhabi to be transformed into the worlds first fully AI powered government by 2027

NewsThe Abu Dhabi government has unveiled its Digital Strategy 2025-2027 with the aim of being the first government in the world to be entirely powered by artificial intelligence by 2027,
Under the direction of the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi (DGE) and in partnership with other government agencies in the emirate, the program will spend Dh13 billion ($3.5 billion) between 2025 and 2027 to improve digital infrastructure, automate all government procedures, and incorporate sovereign cloud computing into all aspects of operations.
It is anticipated that the approach will help Emiratization efforts by generating over 5,000 job opportunities and contributing over Dh24 billion to Abu Dhabi's GDP by 2027.
In addition, the plan introduces more than 200 AI-driven solutions for government services and places a strong emphasis on empowering citizens through AI training under the AI for All program. With a single business resource planning platform, it seeks to optimize operations while guaranteeing strong cyber security measures.
Building on almost ten years of digital development, the UAE capital's Government Digital Strategy features e-government, smart, and now AI-powered services for citizens, residents, and enterprises in a variety of industries.
New projects like the Abu Dhabi Programme for Effortless Customer Experience and TAMM 3.0, the third iteration of the TAMM platform, have opened the door for cutting-edge digital solutions and technologies based on artificial intelligence and data analytics.
