Next week, Abu Dhabi will host a three-day employment expo that will provide work prospects to Emirati nationals. The Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, will serve as the patron of the 17th edition of Tawdheef x Zaheb, an annual Emiratization event. This free recruitment and skill development event will take place from November 13 to November 15, allowing young Emirati students, recent graduates, and mid-career professionals to apply directly for open positions and further their careers.

Several workshops and seminars will be held to enhance professional aptitudes and soft skills while enlightening attendees on new developments in the employment market. The goal of these seminars is to provide young Emiratis with the skills they need to succeed in the workforce. Keynote addresses from Rabdan Academy on Emiratization success stories and government initiatives supporting UAE citizens' professional growth in safety, security, defense, emergency preparedness, and crisis management are among the topics scheduled.

Among the topics covered in the workshops will be the difficulties faced by Emiratis wishing to work in the private sector, the importance of personal branding for professional success, the development of useful skills like CV writing, and the efficient application of artificial intelligence in job searches.

The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, the UAE Central Bank, the Armed Forces, the Abu Dhabi Police, Al Ain University, Etisalat, the UAE Ministry of Interior, the Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Nestle, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Schlumberger, PepsiCo, Siemens Energy, and Schneider Electric are just a few of the prominent organisations that will attend the event.

The purpose of the event is to connect young talent with employment possibilities that complement their skills and objectives. From November 13 to November 15, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., the job fair will take place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).
