Abu Dhabi DGE's ‘Tamm’ provides access to more than 700 services

The Department of Government Enablement - Abu Dhabi (DGE) has unveiled the most recent version of the digital platform known as "Tamm," which gives users access to over 700 services from over thirty government agencies in Abu Dhabi as well as several private sector suppliers.

The latest update to Tamm claims that in order to streamline customer experience and enable them to complete all of their services from a single platform, the platform offers 33 distinct services to customers within the scope of individual services related to identity, nationality, residencies, and everything related to all types of visas and residency services. These consist of five services pertaining to citizenship transactions, 23 services linked to all residence transactions, and five additional services on identity papers.

Every service provides an explanation of the application process from the start to the end of the transaction.

Citizenship services: Opening a sponsorship file, obtaining an Emirates ID, renewing an ID, obtaining a passport, and obtaining a family book for married citizens are among the services provided to citizens. In addition to validating birth certificate information, the identity documents service includes managing birth certificates, managing birth notifications, seeking an exemption for humanitarian instances, managing age estimate certificates, and more.

Residency services offered include "The Journey to Obtain Golden Residency," Abu Dhabi residents' nomination for golden residency, issuance of residence visas for family members sponsored by citizens, issuance of residence visas for family members sponsored by residents, and alteration of residency status. providing new identification and residency cards, residence permits, work contract amendments, status adjustments, and other relevant services to domestic workers.

Timely notifications added features, and services:

Users can save time, money, and effort by using the new Tamm platform, which notifies users of discounts and promotions and sends out advance alerts about late payments and urgent issues that need to be addressed right away, like the impending expiration of a driver's licence or ID card. In addition, the live video chat function enables customer support representatives to assist customers in completing their services, and it makes it simple and quick for consumers to pay their monthly service payments.

In order to improve the experiences of all client groups and promote the adoption of clever digital solutions, the new Tamm version has features created especially to cater to the demands of investors, individuals with a strong work ethic, and the elderly. This includes the investor lounge, the VIP Majlis, and the fleet of care centres for in-home assistance, all of which demonstrate Abu Dhabi's efforts to effect change.

Tamm offers more than only government services; customers may also use services from Etisalat, du, DARB, Salik, ADNOC, and other providers. A secure Payment Hub that lets customers pay several monthly payments at once is another feature of the redesigned platform. Tamm also has a ground-breaking Live Video Chat function.
