Abu Dhabi Customs has been listed as one of the Best Workplaces in the Middle East in the Large Organisations

Abu Dhabi Customs has been named one of the "Best Workplaces in the Middle East in the Large Organisations" category and has been certified as a Great Place to Work for 2023. The Global American Authority "Great Place to Work" award was presented to the emirate's first government entity for the second consecutive year, making it the first government organisation in the emirate to earn this accreditation.

The prize was given based on the results of a trust index study that measured and evaluated employee experiences at Abu Dhabi Customs. The evaluation was based on key assessment criteria, including the effectiveness and impact of internal communication between the leadership team and employees, the employee's sense of pride in the work they do, well-being, and achieving a balance between personal life and work.

The management's capacity to welcome and develop the competency of creative and inventive people, team spirit and collaborative effort, Abu Dhabi Customs' corporate brand and culture, and social responsibility were also considered.
