Abu Dhabi Crown Prince approved allocation of housing benefits worth Dh3.3 billion to 2,015 citizens

Before Eid Al Adha on Thursday, June 13, the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince approved the distribution of housing allowances of Dh3.3 billion to 2,015 residents of the emirate of Abu Dhabi. A total of Dh3.046 billion in housing loans, including 782 loans for the acquisition of residential units in the Balghaiylam residential complex, are included in the second housing package of 2024, helping 1,766 residents.

Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan also approved the decision to exempt housing loan payments totaling more than Dh262.8 million from senior citizens, low-income retirees, and the families of deceased citizens. 249 residents of the emirate have directly profited from this exemption.

The fact that this year's second housing benefits package is being distributed in conjunction with Eid Al Adha shows how committed the Rulers are to the welfare of Emirati families. With the distribution of this package, the total amount of housing benefits since the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority's founding has exceeded Dh152 billion.
