A new city check-in service opened in Mussafah for passengers travelling through the Zayed International Airport

A brand-new city check-in option for travelers using Abu Dhabi's Zayed International Airport has launched in Mussafah. This is the second facility to open this year; the first was a similar service that was introduced in February at Yas Mall. 

The Morafiq check-in location at Shabia-11 Mussafah will be available for flights operated by Etihad Airways, Air Arabia, Wizz Air, and Egypt Air. In addition to these two services, Terminal 1 of the Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal in Zayed Port has a check-in facility.

With the newest service, residents of Mussafah may check in closer to their homes and avoid having to go to Zayed Port or Yas Mall, resulting in a smooth and comfortable travel experience.

Etihad Airport Services, Abu Dhabi Airports, and OACIS Middle East have partnered to launch the check-in service in Mussafah. Daily hours for the check-in counter are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The fees for check-in are Dh35 for adults (travelers over 12 years old), Dh25 for children (those under 12 years old), and Dh15 for newborns (those under two years old).
