A direct line radio show between the Sharjah Ruler and residents dedicated to seeking solutions for residents grievances

Sharjah Direct Line is devoted to taking recommendations and grievances from residents and people, then contacting government representatives to request resolutions. Here, the Sharjah Ruler pays close attention. In 2006, the Direct Line initiative was introduced in Sharjah. It is devoted to taking recommendations and grievances from locals and citizens and then asking government representatives for answers. There have been many incidents where residents have reported grievances and received direct support.

The four media personalities presenting the show are Muhammad Khalaf, Ahmed Sultan, Hassan Yaqoub, and Muhammad Al Suwaidi. It is produced by Sharjah Media Corporation. They provide callers excellent attention and professionally react to their inputs. 

The plan has numerous goals, one of which is to give residents' and citizens' voices to the appropriate authorities. The plan also attempts to enhance the public services that these organisations offer.
