15th annual Sharjah Children's Reading Festival will be held from May 1 to 12 at Expo Centre Sharjah

At the upcoming 15th annual Sharjah Children's Reading Festival (SCRF), 190 visitors from 25 countries will participate in more than 1,400 cultural, artistic, and educational events, setting the scene for endless discoveries and creative expression alongside 470 publishers from 75 nations.

The biggest celebration in the area devoted to fostering young heroes' imaginations, organised by Sharjah Book Authority (SBA) and scheduled to occur at Expo Centre Sharjah from May 1 to May 12, with the theme "Once Upon a Hero" this year.

The specifics of the third annual Booksellers Conference, which will take place on April 27–28 in the lead-up to SCRF, as well as the cultural agenda for SCRF 2024 were revealed on Wednesday during an official press conference held at the SBA headquarters.

Booksellers, distributors, and publishers from all over the world will come together for a discussion of commercial matters and optimal methodologies during the 3rd edition of the Booksellers Conference, which is scheduled for April 27–28, the weekend before SCRF.

Additionally, SBA will host the second edition of the Sharjah Animation Conference (SAC) at Expo Centre Sharjah from May 1 to May 5. This unique event will bring together notable animators, artists, creatives, thinkers, and other industry leaders.
