131-plus-story skyscraper, Burj Azizi will stand 725m tall, making it the second tallest building in the world

The height of Burj Azizi, which is situated on a desirable piece of property on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, has been disclosed by Azizi Developments. When it is completed, it will be the second-tallest structure in the world at 725 meters. 

Dubai's skyline will be enhanced with the 131+ story Burj Azizi tower. Sales will begin in February 2025, with completion expected by 2028. In addition to a unique all-suite seven-star hotel inspired by seven different cultural themes, the tower will hold a range of residential units, including penthouses, flats, and vacation homes. A variety of facilities will also be available at Burj Azizi, including resident lounges, minimarkets, wellness centres, swimming pools, saunas, movie theatres, gyms, and more.

The only freehold building on Sheikh Zayed Road, Burj Azizi, is going to be an architectural and engineering masterpiece. The skyscraper will have a seven-story vertical shopping complex, a beach club, and an opulent ballroom. It will also have an adrenaline zone and a unique viewing deck.

Level 11 of Burj Azizi will become the world's highest hotel lobby, level 126 of the world's highest nightclub, level 130 of the world's highest observation deck, level 122 of Dubai's highest restaurant, and level 118 of Dubai's highest hotel room. In addition to several upscale food and beverage options, the tower will include additional distinctive features.
